The HopsnDrops Helping Hand
Proudly, since 2009 over $1 million has been raised to help our neighbors in need! This was only possible because of YOU, our amazing guests, and team members!
We believe in giving back to our communities as well as helping our team members who need assistance. At HopsnDrops the most impactful resources we have is our TIME and DONATIONS to assist those in need. We do this through what we call our “Helping Hand,” which consists of five fingers; The Good Neighbor Fund, Kids Feeding Kids®, Fundraising Nights, Volunteerism and our HopsnDrops Scholarship Fund. Our “Helping Hand” is not possible without the support of our generous guests and team members.
The Good Neighbor Fund
Over $72,000.00 was raised in 2019 and $46,000.00 in 2020 from our HopsnDrops beer sales! THANK YOU!
This fund was created to assist team members, guests, and members of our communities who are going through a difficult time or experiencing a traumatic event through no fault of their own.
Money raised for the Good Neighbor Fund is generated through the sale of our HopsnDrops beers. For every HopsnDrops beer sold 25 cents is deposited into the Good Neighbor Fund.
Kids Feeding Kids ®
Our Kids Feeding Kids® program was created to combat childhood hunger in every community we have a restaurant. With every kids meal sold, we donate 50⍧ to help feed kids in need.
A HUGE thank you to our young friends who made it possible for us to raise over $87,000.00 in 2020 to feed local kids. Some of our partners include Vine Maple Place in Maple Valley, Second Harvest- Spokane, Care and Share Food Bank in Colorado Springs and Good Neighbor Family Pantry in Sherwood, Oregon.
Our world class team members volunteer hundreds of hours every year to help our neighbors in need! Despite the shutdown our industry experienced and us having to lay off a majority of our team due to Covid, our generous team members volunteered over 959 hours in 2020!
Proudly, in 2019 team members volunteered over 1,920 hours!
HopsnDrops vision is to support the local community and be the best neighbors we can possibly be.
Side by side we enjoy working with people and organizations to enrich our local communities.
Our team members actively seek out places and events where we can donate our time and efforts to make an impact and support our neighbors in need.
Since 2010 we have cooked and partnered with local food banks, volunteered with local non-profit organizations, fed Habitat for Humanity volunteers, walked dogs for local animal shelters and more. If your organization can use volunteers, please contact your local HopsnDrops and ask for a manager.
HopsnDrops Scholarship Fund
HopsnDrops wants to make getting a degree in hospitality and restaurant management a reality for any team member who desires to pursue their education.
We are very appreciative of our friends at Pepsi, Demitri’s Bloody Mary Mix and Washington State University who have partnered with us in making the creation of this fund possible.
