HopsnDrops in Highlands Ranch began welcoming guests in November of 2022. Open daily for lunch, dinner, happy hour and weekend breakfast.

The Highlands Ranch HopsnDrops offers a family friendly happy hour twice a day in the bar and dining room, 2-6 & 9-close. Located just off of University in the Highlands Ranch Shopping Center, next to Chipotle and across from Ace Hardware.

The HopsnDrops Helping Hand

We believe in giving back to our local communities as well as helping our team members who need assistance. We do this through what we call our “Helping Hand,” which consists of five fingers: The Good Neighbor Fund, Kids Feeding Kids®, Fundraising Nights, Volunteerism, and our HopsnDrops Scholarship Fund. Our “Helping Hand” is not possible without the support of our generous guests and team members.

When you eat and drink at HopsnDrops Highlands Ranch, you can feel extra good knowing you’re also helping these great local organizations:

Fundraising Nights

Fundraising nights happen throughout the year at the Highlands Ranch HopsnDrops location. Charitable organizations or individuals in need invite their supporters into HopsnDrops for these special events, and HopsnDrops then donates 20% of sales to the charity. If you are interested in having a fundraising night and would like more information, please contact us and ask for a manager.
